About Enity Bank Group
At Enity, we believe in people’s potential. We’re challenging the Nordic mortgage market by making banking more inclusive, sustainable, and human. As a listed company with the brands Bluestep Bank, Bank2 and 60plusbanken, we offer mortgages to those often excluded by traditional banks – for example, due to self-employment, employment type, age, or credit history.
We operate across Sweden, Norway and Finland, and we’re on a mission to shape the future of banking – together.
About the role
As Chief Information Officer at Enity Bank, you will play a central role in shaping the Bank’s next phase of growth and transformation. Technology is not only a foundation for operations, but a key driver of business performance, innovation and long-term value creation.
You will lead the transformation of the technology function and ensure it becomes a true strategic partner to the business. This includes driving the Bank’s AI, data and technology agenda, translating emerging technologies into tangible business value, and ensuring that technology investments are prioritised and closely linked to business outcomes.
You will also be responsible for strengthening execution and delivery capabilities, building a high-performing technology organisation, and ensuring that innovation and speed go hand in hand with stability, security and regulatory compliance. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will report to the CEO and act as a close strategic partner to senior management and the Board.
The position is based in Stockholm, with an expectation to work from the office four days per week. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
