• Contribute to key initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and reliable application performance.
• Assist in knowledge transfer within the team to strengthen overall technical capability.
• Follow best practices and standards to support application security, interoperability, and sustainability.
Who We Are Looking For:
Technical skills:
• Experience troubleshooting applications on Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management, including patching and upgrades.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker (on-premise, TKGs from Broadcom/VMware).
• Basic understanding of databases (MSSQL, MariaDB)
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts including DNS and load balancers.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, integration, and APIs.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Experience with Keycloak
• Experience working with application monitoring tools, for example Grafana, Prometheus or Zabbix
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab)
• Knowledge of RPA tools, for example UiPath
Ways of Working:
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs and technical issues.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with global teams and learn from senior colleagues.
• Structured, adaptable, and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, and willing to travel 2–3 times per year.
