To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a passionate SMB Growth Executive to join us in Stockholm.

As a growth-mindset oriented SMB Growth Executive at Gordon you will be focusing on growth and development of business strategies for the category of small and medium-sized customers in the Nordic region. You will be the key person in further developing and implementing our new end-to-end offering for long-term partnerships and thereby maximising revenue from this customer category.
Responsibilities and objectives
- Develop relationships with both new and existing SMB customers across the Nordics, focusing on creating long-term value by understanding customer needs, analyzing current solutions, and presenting insight-driven business proposals.
- Shape and refine Gordon’s full offering for SMB customers, including packaging, pricing models, agreements, and value-added services – in close collaboration with the CCO and other key stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through strategic prospecting and handling of inbound leads, with the goal of reaching priority segments and establishing new partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of Gordon’s SMB strategy by identifying opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in operations, tech, and customer service to ensure a smooth customer journey and continuously improve internal processes and solutions.
We are looking for someone who has

- Experience from a role where you’ve worked closely with clients, projects or business development – for example within e-commerce, consulting, operations or a commercial role.
- A structured way of working and a mindset for learning – you’re excited by the idea of developing into a key player in our sales and growth team.
- Strong communication skills – you’re comfortable building relationships, asking questions and making things happen.
- Comfort working with data and a desire to become even better at using it to build smart business cases.
- Academic background or vocational training in business, communications, logistics, or similar – but just as important is your drive and attitude.
